Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I initiated a Windows 10 format last night, but after 5 hours it seemed stuck. I unplugged the desktop to try again today. Now I can't even get recovery started in BIOS using F11. I've tried resetting CMOS and the other tips through virtual assistant, no luck.  Goal is to format the computer with a fresh Windows install with the recovery drive.

It sounds like you bricked your motherboard
