Solved!

Harddrive driver is smaller then the original

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Elite HPE-551sc
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Fail to install Windows with recovery DVDs.. gets the above error message.

hi

you don't have too many choices
If you are under windows 7, find an iso or a dvd if we can lend you one of the same version (windows 7 family 64 bits for example)
Hoping you still have the label with the windows key, so you can reactivate it
Otherwise, you need a Disc of the same size to use the dvd recovery

Ohh i see.. well that works too! just need to turn on the heat on the DVD burner.. alright,, the oven is started on the burner, should soon be ready to burn some DVD 🙂

Yes, still got the sticker on the computer box with the Windows key.. Windows Home Premium

Soo.. anyone got an idea where to get an .iso to put in the oven?
