Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

 

I'm having problems with my laptop recently. Whenever I turn on my pc from sleep, hibernate, or restart, the screen remains black but the pc is on and working. I know this since the keyboard and power button is lit, and whenever I press the shift key multiple times, the sticky keys sound occur. Sometimes, the screen would light up, but these white translucent border shows up as well. I feel like it's a software problem. I have reset my pc and updated my drivers, yet it still occurs. Any help would be appreciated.
