Product: Pavilion p6367c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was on the hp website using the chat with a virtual agent and got to the point in needed to speak with a person but could not get to it.  The website kept looping back to the virtual agent.  How can I get to speak or chat with a real person to help me with boot problems on my older hp desktop?  I have a Pavilion p6367c.

Hi:

You can call the HP toll free customer support number at: 1 (866) 724-8600.

 

If your PC is not under warranty, you will most likely be charged for support.
