According to page 3 the specs at the link below, the PC should have a TPM 2.0 security device if it did not come with FreeDOS from HP.

1. TPM feature will not be supported on machine pre-configured with FreeDOS, In some cases, machines pre-configured with Windows OS might ship with TPM turned off

If your PC has a Windows product key in the BIOS see this info for how to enable the TPM security device:

i check if my PC is with FreeDOS or not, and it appears it was fabricated by Windows, so its not FreeDOS. i checked my BIOS and it doesnt appear in the section "System Security" (i put both images).

I also check the BIOS simulator from the HP page (with my pc code) and in the "2019" it appears. But now doenst, i dont know why.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you any more than I have, since I don't have your model PC and can't look into the BIOS.

You can check all of the settings, such as Advanced and Device security.

The TPM may be called an Embedded Security device and the settings would be Available or Hidden.

If you enter your PC's serial number in the search window at the link below, it should tell you if your PC came with Windows or FreeDOS.

The other thing you can do is to install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and if your PC has a Windows product key in the BIOS, it will show an installed product key and an OEM product key and the version of W10 the key is good for.
