HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-1000i (1K4E8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

The prompt on the screen is that the BIOS file is either corrupted or can't be found. So I have to recover using a USB recovery drive. But I cannot find the drivers on the HP support website - prompts me to a screen that reads, "We are unable to find drivers for your product." What are my options here? Does anyone have any idea? Your help will save me.

Hi:

Yes, I got the same thing.

There are drivers for the general HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-1000i model series:

HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-1000i Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

They should be for use for your PC as well.

Thank you . I did download the bios. But it is still stuck with 64% install on the screen which blinks every couple seconds.

What does that mean and how to fix . ?

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what it means or how to fix it, but it does not sound good to me.

I suggest you start a new topic on the subject.
