My friend dropped her All in one . now when turning on the computer it reads

Your PC couldnt start properly

After multiple trys,  the operating system on your PC failed to start so it needs to be repaired

Error code oxc0000001

You'll need to use recovery tools if you don't have an installation media (like a disc or a USB device) contact your administrator or PC/device manufacturer

Can someone tell me what to do, the PC was bought from a pawn shop. There is no recovery disc

@Thegr8jeffrey

The All-in-Ones are basically HUGE laptops that come with external mice and keyboards -- and suffer from the same problems as laptops -- in that they are not designed to survive being dropped.

Most likely, if the screen is still OK, the internal drive got damaged beyond repair and would need to be replaced.

That requires removing the back of the All-in-One, accessing the internal drive and replacing it -- and we don't have tutorials we can provide on how to do that because such work is done in Service Centers, not by consumers.

It would be expensive to get this work done -- so it's up to you folks if you want to spend the money on a used PC.
