Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi in my pc recovery partition exists,but hp recovery manager is missing!Could anyone help me?

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!


I see you're running Win10. Did the PC come preinstalled with Win10? Or, did you upgrade it from a prior OS to Win10?

This is important as the recovery/reset method is different for the two situations.

We can proceed when you provide the answers.

Pc came with windows 10 home 64bit.There two hard drives one ssd with windows 10 home installed and an hdd 1 tb in which has two partitions data and recovery,the data is for me ti=o put my personal files.Also is there a link to download the hp recovery manager?I have the recovery image.

i want to recover my hp all in one to its factory default settings like windows apps dirvers,like a factory reset but hp recovery manager missing.

HO provides a built-in Recovery function that is activated either by running HP Recovery Manager, or by rebooting and pressing F11 to launch the same thing.  IF F11 does not work, either, that implies a problem with the HP Recovery information, and unfortunately, you can not do anything simple to fix that.

 

Your recourse now is to order HP Recovery Media from this link:  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07143

 

That will do a full factory reset of your PC.
