Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After purchasing a factory reset media from hp, I ran the disk and ended up with critical error detected message which then moves to a command prompt with no partition found and no process script found. Now I can no longer use my computer. Is there a fix for this

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to make a plain W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

You can also try using the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB installation flash drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Since it is basically the same thing you paid HP for, it may not work either.
