I have been experiencing several problems with my PC and tried to carry out a diagnostics test.   In doing so, the test failed and I was given the following: Failure ID Q37S64-8HGA2U-X87T7A-60X303.

I am most certainly not an expert so would be grateful for any advice which I could carry out to repair my PC.   I thank you kindly for any information or advice which you are able to give me.

Regards,

Kev L

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

For Windows 10, please use Cloud Recovery tool:

Grateful thanks, Banhien, sadly my warranty is well expired as I made my purchase in 2017.   I suspected that your response might well be the one which I would receive!   Personally I would not have a clue how to replace the HDD so, sadly, I may have to either get a quote for someone else to do that or, worst case scenario, purchase a new PC; I suppose that having had three years service from my all-in-one then the latter option might have to be the one.

Very many thanks again for your kind and very prompt response, Banhien.
