all the descriptions of the card identification in CPUZ was: Manufacture :MICRO-STAR-INTERNATIONAL Model : 3664h and I don't even find bios information, and when I press "alt + r" it shows that the manufacturer is Hewlett-Packard Model HP PRO 3000/3080 if anyone can help me find the correct bios.

Hi:
The HP Pro 3000 model series was never supported by HP for W10.
The BIOS update files were only written to be run on Windows 7.
You already have the latest and only BIOS update installed (1.10) that HP released for your PC's model series.
