Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Checked RAM ,was okay and then I chenge hard drive it worked and then  went black again and I simply bought another hard drive and boot another window, while changing the windows electricity went of and computer went off a again while it was 65% up to now it is not turning up only black screen

You did not mention your system.  I assume it has a 64 bit CPU.

 

Please use windows 10, 64 bit instead of 8.1 and 32bit.

You need to select home or pro depending on what version of 8.1 you have.  The upgrade to 64 is free.   The upgrade to windows 10 requires that the win 8.1 key be used.   Rarely, it may be necessary to contact Microsoft to activate win10 using win8.1 key.  Normally it is not a problem.  Please use a USB flash of 8gb or larger and not a DVD.
