Enter the required information at the link below and it should provide a general overview of the problem and the most likely way to fix it.

If the code is for a hard drive failure, you will probably need to install a new drive.

They are not repairable.

Thanks Paul, I now know for sure what I need to do. Getting the hard drive is the easy part, the fun starts with setting up the new drive.

You're very welcome.

If your PC was made in 2016 or later, it should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

The HP cloud recovery tool will create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Hi Paul                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Your assistance with this issue has been brilliant, just one more question, will I also need the Windows activation key when using the HP cloud recovery tool.
