The issue just pop up while i was using my laptop.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • When was the last time it worked without these issues?
  • Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
  • Have you checked the display on an external monitor?

let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.

I checked on the BIOS, it is an hardware issue.. now the real problem I'm facing on buying this new laptop is that I bought it from Walmart, they did not issued any receipt with serial number on it.. HP here in my country do not claim warranty without invoice with serial number.. and Walmart do not have these laptop for their replace warranty.. I am really regretting buying this new HP machine with so much of my investment!!
