OMEN 40L Desktop PC GT21-0000a (3G5Z0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought two additional sticks of 8GB ram from HP to upgrade my Omen 40L from 16 to 32 GB. I installed the ram but it is not showing anywhere. What should I do?

Yes. I removed the original modules and the computer did not boot up. Then, I used one new one old with no boot up. I installed the two originals and booted just fine.

Sorry I don't understand if you tested as mentioned, just a new module on its own?
If the computer does not boot with the new modules alone, either one or the other, then they are definitely not compatible.
