I just need the software I paid for

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion HPE h8-1360t CTO Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Why am I being held hostage by HP and Microsoft???

I need to recover my PC which in my case since I have a completely failed HD, I need the Recovery Media, but there is NO download and HP want's $45 plus shipping for something I already own.  Furthermore though I have a valid product code, Microsoft will not let me download a Windows 7/64 OS because the product code I provide is from a reseller and the reseller must provide the software.

I am about to throw this thing off the second floor.  Absolute egregious business practice.

Below is the link to the W7 Home Premium 64 bit English (US) ISO file.

The link will be good for 24 hours from the time of this reply.

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

Since the ISO file is a retail file, and the product key on your PC's case is OEM, you may need to use the Microsoft automated phone activation system to activate the installation.

After W7 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
