I need to copy a document that has 2 sides how do I copy it?

I have a 8035e printer. I need to copy a 2 sided document how do I go about doing this task? then I need to email it out, is it possible? Will the party at the other end get a document with 2 sides? Please help

Copy is not the best tool for this task.

Copy transfers the document you have now onto more paper.

Instead,

Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software

Next,

Use HP Scan to scan each side and auto-sort the finished product.

Document will be 2-sided if that is what you select:  Page Sides = 2-sided (manual)

That document can be attached to an email and sent to your choice of recipients.

If you wish HP Scan to scan, sort, and then email the document for you,

You must have installed an email client software >> Outlook .

OR

You can instead just use HP Scan to scan, sort, and Save the document.

Email to send the document after it is saved is a couple of extra steps but the process is likely familiar.

For example, Manually Email the saved document:

Open your email > "Create New Mail" > Enter the recipient(s), Enter a subject line

Enter any message > Attach your saved file and Send

Example - HP Scan - Save as PDF > Select options > More > Destination

Remember

On main setup menu > Select Page Sides = 2-sided (manual)

In More > Destination > File Type: 

Do not "separate each page into a file" (leave box UNCHECKED) -- You want all the scanned pages in one file.
