I reset my whole pc and now it’s not letting me back in my pc I need help pls it’s a HP PAVILION DESKTOP TOWER

It's difficult to offer a suggestion when there are so few details.
When you say "It's not letting me back in" do you mean that it fails to boot; the system does not recognise an Operating system is installed; you cannot sign in to your Microsoft account; Blue screen error; Black Screen error; BIOS error?
If you can add some more information regarding the symptoms it may help people to offer a place to look or things to try.
