Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I looked up HP and this number came up  [edit] They took over my imputes for awhile. Should I be worried. Is it a HP number

No, it is not a HP support number.

 

This is the one you need to call in Canada and the United States...1 (866) 724-8600

 

Should you be worried?  Unfortunately, that I do not know.  Hopefully, you didn't give them any passwords or payment info like a credit card or whatnot.
