Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am experiencing freezing lock screens at startup using Windows 10.  Ran diagnostics and there was an IRQ failure - 609604.   What is this failure?  What can I do to fix it?  Thank you

You need to use the full 24 character Failure Code to get a result.
