My hp desktop received update last night.When I turned it on this morning hp opening screen said sign in & when I clicked on that screen it went black.I can see my cursor but unable to get my  home page.I have never had a sign in screen before the update,what to do?

Hi @Marilyngia 

 

Sorry to see this. Some HP PC product groups (690, 25L, Business Workstations, and some AIOs) have been getting faulty BIOS updates from HP and Microsoft Update. Don't know if your PC is in this group.

 

Please provide a product number.

 

Try all Desktop and AIO troubleshooting steps at the following Site.
