Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

ive already ran an hard disk test but im still on that screen, it passed the test.

If you press the "ESC" key on your keyboard, does it close the window?

 

If it does, does Windows then restart properly, or do you soon return to the same "you disk-drive has problems" screen?
