Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to turn it on for the first time, I turn on the mouse and keyboard.  Then turn on the all in one pc.  All it says on the screen is............   Check HDMI-IN cable.    This is an all in one pc, what do I have to do with hdmi to get it up and running?

Thanks

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. Turn off the computer. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer.

  2. With the power off and the power cord disconnected, press the Power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light indicator, which is on the power button or near it, might turn on briefly but then it goes off.

  3. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the computer.

  4. If the computer starts, the troubleshooting is complete.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
