Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My All-in-One 24 f0017c PC hard drive fried so I had to replace it with a new one but how do I get started after installing a new hard drive?

Hi:

 

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC
