Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just purchased a new Slim290-p0046 on 3/23/2020. My emails stopped coming thru on 4/16/2020 why? I can get them on my phone and tablet but NOT my desktop. How do I fix it

There are numerous ways for reading your email (browser, Thunderbird & other clients and so on). Which one of them are you using with your desktop and what kind of email service provider are we talking about (gmail, outlook, etc)?
