Product: HP 520-1020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After backing up to a flash drive I lost my audio and video. Diagnostics shows it to be disabled, but it is not. When I try to open Beats Audio, it says the startup file can not be found. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the IDT Audio CODEC several times and it doesn't help. I appreciate any help offered. Thank you.
