Laptop bought in a different country

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion x 360

Hi, my dad bought me HP Pavilion x 360 in the US, and I'm gonna use it here in the Philippines. I had the Windows updated earlier and the laptop keeps on hanging up. Is this problem common when you buy the laptop unit in a different country? Would there be any compatibility issues? Are there other common problems in this type of situations? Thanks in advance, appreciate your response

No, you can buy a machine in one country and use in other country without problems EXCEPT warranty which may cause some problems. In your case, when claiming warranty, you may have to send your machine back to the US.

Now for your other questions,  My suggestion: reset your machine and start over again.

Regards.
