Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP laptop does not always start correctly lately it has a grey screen to start, which I switch off and try again to log onto a few times!  How do i solve this?

@Joyce1361 -- how do I solve this?

 

If your computer is less than 12 months old, contact HP Support, and exercise the HP Warranty to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.

 

Or, hire a computer technician to trouble-shoot and repair the computer, unless you have the technical skills to do it yourself.
