HP Pavilion 11-n001tu
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

For my HP laptop HP Pavilion 11-n001TU I upadated the BIOS from HP assistant. After the BIOS update my laptop is no longer working, the screen is black whenever I turn the laptop on. I have plugged it to AC and tried pressing Windows key + B or Windows key + V , powering on the laptop while still pressing the Keys but nothing happens.

Can you advise me on what is should do to recover the BIOS?

It is  an HP Pavilion 11-n001TU with Windows 8.1.

Hi @herdrigue

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the BIOS update issue.

Please try these steps to recover the BIOS - Recovering the BIOS

If the issue still persists, try these steps - Computer does not start

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
