Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-dh0003dx

I have had this laptop for roughly 3 years with no issues. Recently the battery has stopped working. The computer has the charging symbol showing that it is charging but it isn't actually getting charged. The computer will only turn on when plugged in. When trying to use the computer while not being on the charger it will not turn on,  the battery light will not flash orange at this point either. I need this computer for school, any help is appreciated.

@kaymurr87 -- remove the battery, and look for its product-code on the label on the battery.

Using that code, search on eBay or Amazon or https://www.battdepot.com   for a replacement battery.
