Life Time Free Microsoft Subscription of Omen 15

my hp omen 15 laptop was having a life time free subscription of Microsoft office but after formatting the windows i am not able to login to my Microsoft account what should i do

In order to return to the MS Office and reinstall that, you need to sign-in or logon to the Microsoft site using the same sign-in and email as the original Windows was using.  If you cannot, then the Microsoft office cannot be activated without purchasing again, as Microsoft records the product numbers for you.

When you formatted and reinstalled Windows, the same password and email should have been used to activate the account.
