HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (31R09AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have purchased a Laptop with Office Home and Student 2019 that comes pre-installed with my laptop.

A wrong account was accidentally logged in previously. But no activation for Office Home and Student 2019 came up. Logged in with the new account but it asks to purchase Office 365 or one month trial only. No licenses associated with old account.

Please help in activating Office Home and Student 2019.

@Harish3000 -- note that "preinstalled" means just that.  For your "convenience", HP has loaded the software onto your computer, instead of you spending your time downloading it.

But, it is likely that what you have is a "trial" version -- use it for free for 30 days. After that time, you need to pay Microsoft, if you want to continue to use their software.

Do some research about free software, such as OpenOffice or LibreOffice, that has full capabilities similar to Microsoft Office, but, of course, is free to use.
