Hello,

I have windows 10 on my HP Computer. The SKU for the computer is H2L95AA#ABA and has an MSI baseboard manufacturer. I am not able to use the microphone for my computer. I have tested the microphone on another computer and it has worked so I know its not the part. After talking to Microsoft support, they told me that there isn't a driver downloaded for my speaker. They informed me to contact MSI who is the base board manufacturer. MSI told me to contact HP but I can't find a driver to download to fix my speaker. If anyone can help it would be appreciated!

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model desktop PC, and see if that also works for yours.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.
