We have an HP desktop monitor, every week it takes two hours for the screen to completely turn on. I push the power button and I can hear the power coming on and there is a small flash of light but after that the screen takes a few hours to turn on and after those few hours, it will randomly turn on.

 

We have tried unplugging, we tried a different power cord, we have tried everything and nothing has worked, please help us.
