Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Your PC supports a UEFI BIOS so the mouse should work if HP enabled this option.

 

Are you using a wireless mouse? Try a wired mouse.

 

Did any mouse ever work while you were previously navigating the BIOS?

 

The latest BIOS update for your PC is Here.
