When "turn" the wheel of the mouse it jumps immeditaley in "scroll" mode (circle with up and down arrow); this is very inconvenient and frustrating . I do not need that function at all....I just need to go up or down 3 lines.... Please help (how to configure) !!

@Jan4007

You can generally change this in Settings --> Devices --> Mouse.

Thanks so much for your reply! I know about how to configure the mouse, however it is not possible , I think, to disable the function when you PRESS on the mouse wheel, because that's the problem when I just turn the wheel to advance a few lines and when I press a little too hard the function is enabled (round with arrow up, arrow down; I don't know how to call that function).  I would prefer to cancel that funtion all together (circle with arrow up, arrow down) because I do not need that funtion. I hope you have a suggestion! Thanks/ Jan
