HP Recommended

this HP is only 7 months old, worked perfectly until one day about 3 weeks ago. The screen started rolling to bottom every time it's opened, and there's no way to get it to load again. It simply continues to roll over and over making it impossible to read anything on page or pull up something else.

The other problem is equally disruptive, every icon on the desktop will only open the Photos, and no matter how I try, it continues to open Photos.

I have tried shutting it down for a few minutes and starting over, which sometimes works for a couple minutes before it reverts to the rolling. I took it to Best Buy thinking it had a virus, but they said it didn't.

I've done two System restores, one back to factory reset. Worked for about 5 hours, and now worse than ever.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? I'm so frustrated, this is a new machine and I'm out several hundred dollars.
