ENVY desktop Model# 750-624
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ENVY desktop Model# 750-624 (windows 10 (64-bit) crashed--I mean dead!  Only screen that appears is one with several blue boxes with suggestion for fixing/repair.  None of them work. It tries to diagnose, tries to repair, but screen reverts back to blue box suggestions.  I have even tried startup with my recovery usb drive--no luck.  I'm assuming more than just the hard drive has died, but really don't know.  Your help will be appreciated.

I understand that the desktop is not working.

 

As you have stated that you have already tried possible troubleshooting steps. Still, the issue is not resolved.

 

I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
 

Or you can contact the local service center.
