Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer

I have had my ENVY inspire for close to a year now and have no issues up until recently. When I try to print a message comes up on the printer screen saying I have a problem with my account and won't be able to print. What does this mean!? (Any suggestions very welcome!)
