My HP All-in One-C013w (Energy Star) Hard Drive reading error message before it start-up  also dis an diagnostic test  read 1720- Smart Hard Drive Detects Imminent failure, Failing Attribute #2, Failure ID:M4P33X-8PTA6P-GXPQRG-60SX03

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. After reading your post, I did go through the failure ID and found out it's a hardware related issue.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
