I turned off my secure boot to try to fix a problem that I had loading into a game. When I tried to load back into the game, it said that there was an error with my secure boot. I contacted the game's support and they said that I needed to turn on my UEFI boot. Please help.

I suggest that you turn secure boot back on.
Whenever you start playing with that type of function you are taking a risk of not being able to boot back into Windows.
Your Windows OS is an EFI installation, so unless you made a change CSM-EFI boot is already enabled.
You may need to reinstall the game. Some game support staff are not terribly helpful. Check to see if there is a forum for the game. You may find the answer there. That is usually the best help source for game related issues.
