HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion Slimline
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I stopped using the HP Pavilion Slimline to try out another old PC to see which one was better a couple months ago. I reconnected all the removed wires in the correct places, however the computer will not turn on even tho I hear something operating inside blowing like a fan. In addition, I see the green lights inside as well. The computer refuses to turn on and the blue light will not light up.
