My desktop will turn on, but will not run.

HP Pavillion All In One Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Never had an issue with my desktop, but when I turned it in today, the first screen says “Choose Your Keyboard Layout.” I proceed with US, and the only options I’m given are Troubleshoot or Turn off your PC. I click Troubleshoot, and the next screen only offers me HP Recovery Manager ir Advanced Options, and when I click an error comes up that says Can’t open file :X:\sources\recovery\Tools\HP\Rita-tool\ - I have no clue what to do - pleaseeeeee help!!!

@CMMComputer

The initial message indicates that the PC feels that Windows is no longer installed and is prompting you to go through the installation.  This does not mean it's actually gone -- but it does mean that one or more of the critical Windows system files has been corrupted, so it will not load anymore.

Let's see if there are hardware issues before we address reinstalling Windows.

If you CAN, to find out the problem, you would need to be able run hardware diagnostics by pressing the Esc key repeatedly and then, when the HP Startup Menu appears, select Diagnostics (usually F2) and let it run.
