Product: HP Laptop 15s-fq2xxx

My laptop name is HP Laptop 15s-fq2xxx and the number is 3D4D8EA#ABU 

The laptop makes weird crackling noises and it happens randomly. And I had a warning thing pop up when I booted my laptop up a couple of days ago warning me that my fan has stopped working properly. 

I'm not sure what has happened but I haven't had this laptop a year and it's already messing up. 

I have a 3 month warranty left too.

If you sent the item in for repair be sure to save important files or request the hard drive not be replaced.
