My laptop is working too slow . Whenever i open any sorftware or any thing its takes minimum 10 sec  to open. Whenever I open the laptop it takes 30sec to start  . I just irritate beacuse of that , plss you just help me out.

You have too many programs loading up and it is likely many of them are trying to "phone home".

 

Bring up the task manager and look a the startup applications and see which are causing problems and if you need them

Bring up the event viewer and look under system and applications for timeouts

McAfee can wait 30 seconds before giving up trying to  phone home.  It will then try again on another server which may also be offline

Problems with the hard drive will show up as a timeout reading a sector.

 

You might also need more memory and may be low on space on the OS disk drive.

 

your laptop name was not useful.  What is the product lD?  Model?  run a virus scan?
