My local news notifications have gone from Michigan to S.Carolina. How did this happen and how do I fix this?

News notifications?

 

Computer hardware, HP software and drivers, and Windows software do  not care about where you get your news.

 

This sounds like something you need to fix by adjusting the website / news feed location / application settings for the particular notification.
