Product: Omen obelisk
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I forgot my password and I couldn't find any other way to get into my pc without it so I went to use the recovery media cause I wanted to reset my pc anyways so I used it and now it says the recovery attempt has failed. Select one of the following buttons. The buttons are save log, details, and retry. Every time I retry it just restarts my pc and brings me to the same place. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi:

 

If the recovery system didn't work, I would clean install W10.

 

 Clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
