Product: Envy x360 Convertible 15n-es0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen goes black quite often. it just goes black and I can't "wake it up". The light on the power button is still on but nothing works. I have to turn it off and on every time. One time the screen started glitching and parts of it were black and some weren't. I ordered it online and I don't know the number of HP customer service. I would want to return the product because I bought it 2 months ago.

HP Recommended

@AminaRed -- you should have received information about the HP Warranty, because HP will fix such "hardware" problems at no cost to you, for the first 12 months after you purchased your computer.
