You're not giving us any information to work with.
First off, are you saying that you are using MS Office and it is not working? If so, this is a Microsoft issue and you will have to contact THEM for support for we are unable to diagnose issues with MS software.
Second, are you saying the computer will not boot? If so, what DOES it do? What is the model number? How old is it? How long have you had this problem.
We need details if we are to help.
