I would imagine that your PC does not come with a DVD drive.

 

Hardly any PCs come with DVD drives anymore.

 

There is probably a filler blank where the optional DVD drive would be located.

 

If you do not see a DVD drive listed in 'This PC' along with the C: drive, then your PC does not have an optical drive.
